"Before starting the Glow Up Project, in reflection I think I was quite low in mood. I’d recently noticed that being self-employed I was withdrawing from people contact as it was easy not to go out of my way, also easier to sit inside rather than be active. I was very cautious when it came to exercise as I’d tried and failed in the past, due to both self-sabotaging and injuries. I had very low expectations of myself, which set me up for success but probably a lot of that was poor self-confidence.

I feel great now, so different!

- I can call myself out on BS if I find I am waivering re exercise

- I know I can get back to my regime if a work commitment prevents me from joining one of the classes I’ve booked - I know I can stick to AND ENJOY an exercise class
