"It is seriously fun. A small group with a highly motivating coach and everything is broken down into achievable little blocks so plenty of recovery time between exercises. There is no pressure so if you want to rest, take a drink break at any time, there is no pressure to push you further than you feel you can go. Individual exercises are also modified for you, so injury is not such a risk.
We laugh, we sweat, we groan, we even chat when we have any energy left.
This is entirely about you, your needs, your goals... after a session or 2 I'd be surprised if you don't choose to continue! This is something you can join even if you don't know anyone who is there - you will be welcomed as if you'd always been going.

"I’m fitter and stronger (proven in what I can do at bootcamp like using a kettlebell with exercises), more energetic,chatty and engaged socially. If I can't do an exercise, I don't beat myself up but find/get shown and alternate version or alternate exercise. I'm connecting my mind and body which means exercise isn't just something I should do, it's something I want to do".

"After having a baby I started doing online work outs which I enjoyed but missed the interaction with other people. I liked how Amelia’s work outs were outside and I could bring my daughter with me, she even joins in too sometimes. I also like how Amelia focuses on how exercise makes you feel not how you look, she is really motivating and everyone is really friendly and we always have a good laugh. I feel much stronger since I started boot camp and it always sets me up for the day. If you are thinking about coming along but feeling nervous, just give it a go it’s a really supportive and fun environment!"
