I cannot tell you how many of these bad boys I've made over the years - it would be in the hundreds if not thousands! They're always a fan favourite as they're so simple to make yet super healthy!


It's a recipe I've refined over time, ensuring it's not only delicious but also packed with nutritional goodness. The star ingredients—ripe bananas, eggs, and protein powder—provide essential nutrients like potassium, protein, and fiber. Plus, with toppings like berries, honey, and yogurt, these pancakes become a delectable breakfast option packed with vitamins, minerals, and probiotics!

I’ve only ever failed at these types of pancakes. Gluggy, stick to the pan, don’t bubble up … tips?

I've had this happen too Jo! When I first made protein pancakes, I didn't use baking powder - adding it in is definitely a game changer and I've found this recipe to be fool-proof even if you guesstimate rather than measure the ingredients. Cooking on a medium heat definitely makes a difference too!

I made this after bootcamp today, added some blueberries to the mix and they were ridiculously delicious! Makes just the perfect amount to fill you up
